Global Tech I Offshore Wind GmbH - Timekeeper

Global Tech I Offshore Wind requested Barge Solutions BV to provide a timekeeper to complete the offshore representatives team onboard the Jack-up Heavy lift vessel "Innovation" to ensure 24 hour coverage of representatives during the offshore installation works.
Barge Solutions is providing the timekeeper including taking care of certification and ensuring correct insurance covers are in place, making travel arrangements to and from the vessel/heliport, allowing Global Tech One to concentrate on their main goal, building a wind farm.

Prime Point - OIM for Prime Exerter

October 2012

Barge Solutions BV has delivered an OIM to Prime Point for the Jack-up rig "Prime Exerter" during the start-up phase after Prime Point purchased the rig from Northern Offshore. Being laid-up at Keppel Verolme, Rotterdam for almost a year all engines, electrical and safety systems had to be commissioned and started-up, requiring a detailed Permit to Work system to be implemented to ensure all works carried out as safe as possible.

SEVAN Marine - Suction Anchor Installation

August - September 2012

Barge Solutions BV provided a shift supervisor to SPT Offshore for the installation of the 12th Suction Anchor for the mooring of the Sevan Voyager at Huntington field. The Huntington field is situated in Block 22 of the UK sector in the North Sea.
The shift supervisor joined the installation team from the beginning of the project, being involved in writing installation procedures, participating in risk assessment and HIRA meetings and the actual installation campaign onboard of the Offshore Construction vessel "Olympic Zeus".
